At Supernola, an organic, plant-based snack brand, I helped define a voice that felt as vibrant and feel-good as the product itself. I crafted copy for lifecycle email campaigns, including Abandoned Cart, VIP, and Winback flows, balancing wellness-driven messaging with a conversational, relatable tone. Each email was designed to sound less like marketing and more like a friendly introduction to a healthy (and super tasty) snack.
